He has amassed ample experience within sell-side and buy-side mandates, having worked in a number of positions within the banking sector and the wider financial industry. He graduated from the prestigious Paris-Dauphine University in France, with a DEA in Economics & Finance
Present: Anthony’s long-standing regional positioning exposed him to the widest coverage of MENA’s economic, sector and financial analytics, having experienced many of its economic and financial cycles. Anthony is well-positioned to lead MRP’s practice in tackling the region’s knowledge gap with the region’s brightest talent.
Future: Anthony has the vision to lead a modern MRP that embraces human capital and technology in capturing the infinite World of Data. Beyond smartly processing data, he views MRP as a futuristic contributor in big data generation.
Past: Richa spent her entire career in research and consulting with the last 6 + years in the MENA region. Having worked equally across operational and sales roles, she has significant experience of how the supply and demand side of this industry works. She has worked in senior roles for the largest research provider globally, servicing clients across the financial community, top corporates, consulting and governments worldwide. Richa acquired her PGDM in Marketing from Amity University and prior to that she graduatedin Applied Psychology (Hons) from Delhi University, where she was awarded a gold medal for being top student for all three years.
Present: Given Richa’s long-standing regional exposure and her practical approach to client’s needs, she is well positioned to lead the business development at MRP, a firm with a vision to feed the region’s knowledge gap with regional talent and a wealth of regional experience.
Future: Richa aims to make MRP the backbone of knowledge and insights for the regional community and a one-stop-shop for all research needs.
Past: Mohamed spent his entire career in the Market Research Industry; in addition his role is extended to Consultancy and Strategic Planning across the MENA & GCC region mainly; in addition to some Markets in Europe and South Africa.
He also has a well-established experience in mostly all the business sectors; range from FMCGs, Automotive, Health Care, Banking & Finance, Telecommunication, Business-to-Business and NGOs.
Present: Besides the above-mentioned sectors, Media is considered the strongest areas of his expertise nowadays; especially what is concerned with political polls. In 2014; he managed a mega political Exit-Poll of 90,000 interviews covering the whole Egypt; regarding the precedential elections at that time.
He also has a fixed section in one of the important political TV program in Egypt where he presents the findings of a socio-political survey that takes place continuously across Egypt covering many political and social aspects in the country from the citizens’ points of views. It also covers the main hot issue in the country; like the Parliament elections and evaluating of its performance.
Future: Mohamed has an established position in the Market Research business which has its positive impact on Ejabat business across the region. Hence, his future vision is to complete this success by detecting Ejabat into a higher market position through enlarging its business across the different sectors and markets.
In this essence he is planning to extend his client base and invest in the human capital whom can achieve the mission efficiently across the departments; Research, Field and Data Processing.
Past: Aref spent his entire career in Finance, and Project Management in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Lebanon. Besides researching, interpreting, and analyzing financial information influencing business performance, he has deep expertise in financial planning and control, financial management and project management. Aref worked within well-established conglomerates in the construction and research Industries. He is an LAU (Lebanese American University) graduate with a BS in Business Management.
Present: Based on Aref vast knowledge and competence, he is holding the position of Finance Manager and head of accounting services in MRP which he considers as a consolidated enterprise crafting knowledge in harmony with regional existing and evolving resources to deliver success.
Future: Aref has the spirit and the will to share in the evolution of MRP to be a lead Research Partner in MENA and well beyond.
Past: Maya started her consultancy career in the Transaction Advisory Services department of Ernst & Young where she accumulated sophisticated skills and proficiency in financial modeling, financial feasibilities, valuations and restructuring as well as research covering several sectors such as real estate, healthcare, telecommunications, F&B and hospitality among several others. Later on, she spent around 6 years, in the strategy and planning department of prominent enterprises where she assisted in raising funds and planning for expansion strategies and potential IPOs. She attended some of the most reputable universities in the world like ESCP – Europe for her MBA/MS in Finance and the American University of Beirut for her bachelor degree in Economics.
Present: Maya’s large exposure and expertise in buy-side and sell-side mandates enables her to be a team leader within MRP’s financial research practice.
Future: Maya contributes to MRP’s vision to answer the financial needs of leading regional corporations.
